Anita’s training and education.

“I have had a life-long interest in health and wellness. After spending nearly 15 years pursuing my other passion, food and cooking, I decided to embark on a new path as a natural health practitioner. I chose Chinese medicine as a foundation, because it is a comprehensive medicine, with its own theory, diagnosis and treatment approaches. More importantly, it views each person as a whole. From there I have expanded my practice with German auricular medicine, Nutrition Response TestingSM, western herbalism, low level laser therapy and various forms of bodywork. I love this field, because the possibilities for learning and honing my skills are endless.

It is a delight to share what I have learned with my clients. I love seeing their faces when their pain is reduced. I enjoy the challenge of helping them figure out better lifestyle choices. And, I am always amazed by what I learn from connecting with each and every person who walks through my doors. I am truly grateful to everyone who has shared their story with me and entrusted me with their care.”
